- Boot Camp-An intense class that mixes a variety of athletic strength drills with athletic cardio drills. The boot camp class is based on a military style training for the intermediate and advance exerciser.
- Senior Boot Camp-Just because you’re a senior does not mean you can’t be fit. This class is designed for extremely active senior who believes age is just a number. Although this class is challenging certain modifications are added to make the class senior friendly.
- Senior Fitness-This class addresses all of the movement needs of the senior citizen. Muscle strength, flexibility and balance exercise are included in the class with a goal of maintaining a healthy active lifestyle
- Better Bones & Balance-It’s a fact weight bearing exercise improves bone density. Two of the major physical issues as we age are balance and bone density. This class combines exercise that will improve balance and strengthen bones.
- The Chair Workout-For some it’s the first step to starting an exercise program for others seated exercise is the only option. In either situation its pull up a chair and get fit. Gentle exercise combinations easily executed while sitting.
- Mat Pilates-The core principle of Pilates performed on yoga Mat. The Pilates method focuses on exercise initiated from the core.
- Stretch & Flex-Designed to improve flexibility and mobility at any age.
- Healthy Backs-One of the key means to a healthy back is keeping the muscles that support the spine strong, and flexible. This class will address the weaknesses and imbalances that can contribute to back discomfort.
- Interval Training-Alternate high intensity training with low intensity exercise to maximize calorie usage.
- Tabata Drills-Professor Izumi Tabata and the team at the National Institute of Fitness & Sports in Tokyo developed an interval style class based on 20 seconds of high intensity, high heart rate drill with 10 second recovery for 8 rounds, followed by four minutes of recovery repeated 8 times. Maximize calories, increase fitness levels and get it done more efficiently, in less than an hour.
- Strength & Conditioning-Move from station to station to complete a variety of exercises. Circuit training can be all aerobic exercise, all strength training, or a combination of both forms of training.
- Strength & Conditioning –Cardio and Strength exercise integrated to improve both conditioning and strength
